OUROBONIC PLAGUE’s exploration of the ether continues with “RETRO-ACTIVE ENCHANTMENTS.” 25 minutes of sound designed to assist in your time travelling and divination workings. Several of the tracks have been floating around online for some time, but for this release each piece was “spatially reconfigured” using newly developed techniques. Sounds derived from dub, drone, doom combine with decaying synths to create an initially jarring, but ultimately uplifting atmosphere.
