Deep in the mountains of Ancient Japan, a wounded samurai takes refuge in a temple. Collapsing with exhaustion, he awakens to find himself miraculously healed. A mysterious host tells of the legend of Aragami – an immortal who feasts on the flesh of men- and that the only way for him to survive is to defeat Aragami in a fight to the death.
