1 Return Policy

In order to return items for store credit or exchange, Planet requires all purchases be sealed in clear plastic at the point of sale. To receive a store credit for an item being returned the seal must remain intact for the entirety of the period between the point of sale and return.

Items being returned must be accompanied by a valid reciept confirming proof of purchase.

If buying an item as a gift, be sure to have it sealed to ensure an exchange/credit if the person for whom it was intended already has or simply dislikes the product.

To maintain the quality condition of the purchased item(s), Planet reserves the right to refuse return if these requirements are not met.

Items may not be returned for a cash refund.

Note: Planet does not allow return of items exceeding 7 days from date of purchase.

2 Shipping Policies

Planet will post retail DVDs, CDs, Books and Posters out to customers via Australia Post to local, interstate and international addresses.

Prices for shipping will vary according to weight and destination. Prices ($AUD) for national postage are as follows:

DVDs

3 or less ≈ $6.00
4-8 ≈ $10.00

CDs

6 or less ≈ $6.00
7-12 ≈ $10.00

BOOKS

Postage costs for Books will vary depending on the weight of the given book(s). See Below.

When ordering from our website, you are met with a Confirmation screen before finalising the transaction. This allows you to review the items in your Cart, and will have calculated the total price, including GST and the appropriate shipping costs. This gives the shopper the opportunity to confirm their address and contact details, purchases and price before processing the credit card payment.

International postage will attract a higher fee.

Shipping times will also vary according to Australia Post and the destination address.
